Little Mountain Cohousing Tour, EVC Info Session + (optional) Potluck

You are invited to join us for an East Van Cohousing info session followed by a tour of the new and beautiful Little Mountain Cohousing community that opened just a few years ago.

Likely similar in design to what our community will be (as an apartment building and as both projects were/will be evaluated by the City of Vancouver), this is a great opportunity to see what a real Cohousing community is like and to ask about how the created it and what it is like to live there!

3.30 - 5pm
We'll start off with some introductions, a short presentation on the East Van Cohousing Project, a time for Q&A and finish off with a tour of Little Mountain Cohousing led by one of their residents. They will also be able to address specific questions about their process to build their apartment building and the experience of actually living in the community! 

5 - 6.30pm
Afterwards we will have a Potluck for anyone that is interested in staying and chatting with more Cohousing members. If you intend to join for the potluck please bring a dish sufficient to feed 6-8 people. Meat/fish, veggie, vegan options etc are all great. We will have some gluten, nut and dairy free options available too. You can also bring a dessert if you prefer. 

Hot and cold non-alcoholic drinks will also be provided. This is a child friendly and accessible event.
